Kavor Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates YOURKLOUT. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
When you use YOURKLOUT, we collect the following types of information: • Account Information: Your email address and streamer display name when you register for a member ID. • Member ID: A unique 5-digit identifier used to access your account and manage your membership. • Stream Content Metadata: Stream topics, descriptions, duration, viewer counts, YOURKLOUT chatter messages, and analytics data. • Camera and Audio Access: When you go live, we access your device's camera and microphone to enable streaming. Video is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly record a clip. • Detection Data: When K Scan is enabled, frames from your camera are analyzed by AI to identify objects. These images are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored. • Payment Information: When you upgrade to YOURKLOUT Unlimited, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data. • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including pages visited, features used, and stream sessions created.
